Community Supervision

The Tulalip Tribal Community Supervision Office supervises the clients of the Tulalip Tribal Court who are under the court’s jurisdiction. Tribal community supervision monitors both post-adjudication and pre-adjudication clients on the criminal side of the court system as well as monitors court orders to ensure they are being carried out.

The department supervises and facilitates the tribe’s community service program. The department coordinates with Snohomish County for EHM/GPS monitoring with treatment providers, both tribal and state, and facilitates random drug testing as needed. They also coordinate with the police department for Tulalip Tribal Court warrants, and network with the Washington State Department of Corrections, the Federal Probation Department and numerous local probation departments both state and tribal.

If you need to reach the Community Supervision Office, please call 360-716-4800.
