Court Visitors

Over the years, the Tulalip Tribal Court has had the pleasure of having many visitors come on-site to observe civil and criminal proceedings. They have also come to view the Healing to Wellness Court and to learn more about it. They have observed the Tribal Court Elders Panel, discussed the court’s therapeutic jurisprudence, and discussed Tulalip views on expanded jurisdiction regarding the Tribal Law & Order Act passed by Congress in 2009.
