Petition for Magistrate’s Hearing (fillable form)

The Tulalip Tax & Licensing Division (TLD) enforces the Tulalip Fireworks Code. If you have received a notice of violation from TLD, you have 10 days to ask for a hearing before the Boom City Magistrate.

TO REQUEST A HEARING: Complete the Petition for Magistrate’s Hearing and file it at the Tulalip Tribal Court in person during filing hours or by email to the email addresses provided on the Petition.

  • After you request a hearing, the Court will schedule a hearing within one business day of your petition.
  • ALL HEARINGS ARE HELD VIRTUALLY ON GOTOMEETING.
  • You and TLD will receive a Notice of Hearing with the call information. You may appear by phone or by video. TLD will also receive a copy of your Petition for Magistrate’s Hearing.
